- At an acceleration of 1500 to 2500 revs, the engine knock and smocking black smoke, after cheking the nozzles in an authorized workshop it turned out to have a spraying switch, after change the problem disappeared. Now i will describe the procedure for the assembly of the nozzles.
- All this in the picture is necessary to get it to have no problems after assembling, these are the nozzle washers, gasket nozzle, seal o-ring nozzle, the original numbers are on the picture.

- The place where the washers nozzle are placed must be perfectly clean to allow the nozzle to press properly and no copression after it.
- We had already removed the nozzles, i decidedto measure the gap of the valves clearence, i also regulated them with handy materials i mean a micrometer where there is no wat to swap the sweatshers rubbing with sandpaper on a smooth surface.
- I like removing something to wash it before assembling it back and so here everything is assembled, the nozzles tighten them by 33Nm respectively the reverse diesel 23Nm.
- It remains to mount the valve cover, the nozzle pipes and cables, intercooler. The procedure is not difficult in general. Greetings to the next time :)
